My mother's nightmare aka extradelicious semi-baked pasta.

Ok fine, truth is I do not know what to call it. It's cooked like spaghetti but baked in the oven like lasagne so is it a lasaghetti? No? How about spagne? No. Even worse. I shall just leave it as my mother's nightmare then. :giggle:

So recipe is adapted from my aunt's. Ate it during the festive visiting and we love it so much!

I alternate the layers of pasta and mozzarella. Pop it into the microwave for that delicious cheese to melt, sprinkle some chilli flakes and you're ready to go nom nom! And there's no vegetable either! See? It is my mother's nightmare! :evillaugh:

No wonder my mother prefer to cook than asking me instead. Le sigh.

It can be called "Baked Spaghetti".

An italian restaurant chain in my town calls it that, and it's really good. This looks awesome, too.
