Two scoops of vanilla ice cream layered with warm creamy caramel and topped with chopped almonds and Ghirardelli Squares® Dark Chocolate with Caramel.
So I decided to embark on this new project of recreating (selected) Ghirardelli's Sublime Sundae from the menu that I got online. Thank goodness that it's the Christmas season cos there's more variety of the Ghirardelli chocolates available here!
This has got to be my proudest photo so far (granted that some parts are underexposed and some are overexposed) cos I did thorough research on every aspect possible. It took me one week (and the fact that I got flu =/) to plan it out and finally today was the day for execution!
And when you stay right at the equator, taking photos of ice cream is a real real challenge! It doesn't help that we have summer all year long! Literally within three minutes, the sundaes melted. What is this.. I don't even.
Anyways, enjoy drooling over the keyboard.
