Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes

Good Morning! What do you usually do on a lazy Sunday like today?

I woke up today to warm blueberry pancakes made by my sister with a cup of orange juice. Heaven! ^^

One of the most delicious pancakes I've ever tasted. An no, I'm not biased. In fact I am very impartial when comes to food.

Anyways, pancakes are super soft and fluffy topped with maple syrup and homemade whipped butter!! HOMEMADE!! Nom nom!

Ok that's about it. I am still high on that maple syrup and whipped butter. Toodles my dear!

This makes me wanna cry!! I could never make pancakes that look this good in my entire life.....but they look awesome and the way in which they were photographed is also very beautiful : D

I really like this, the material beneath the knife and fork adds a really cozy, warm feel to the photo, and goes well with the blueberries.

As weird as it may sound I've never eaten pancakes like these. In my country pancakes aren't puffy, they're a very thin and elastic layer of cooked dough and we put jam or chocolate over them, then roll them up and eat, they look like this: [link]
I'd love to try this type of pancake too, it looks like it has lots of calories, but I'd love to try it as dessert once, especially with maple syrup <3

I know it's breakfast, but they have way too many calories to be eaten as such XD
They are a bit like crepes, but the rolling style is different.
