Aglio e olio con pollo - Garlic and oil with chicken.

One of my favorite spaghetti sauce after the creamy ones of course. I call this the "light" one because it won't make you that full compared to "heavier" ones like bolognese or carbonara sauces. ^^

And and.. the fact that it is super easy to do! Each time, I am bored and itching for something easy/fast to do, I go for the aglio olio!

So I made this from scratch. Using olive oil, chicken broth, chilli and parsley! And of course chicken. I must add the chicken! I can't live as a vegetarian, that much is assured!
